Meditation and breathing exercises are extremely important in our everyday lives. If you are unable to breath well and don't have a clear focus and mental balance, you will be unable to function at your best performance either in sports, at work or in your own home. Moreover, once these exercises are learned, they can be practiced almost anywhere whether lying down in bed or sitting at your desk. However, it is recommended that when performing these exercises you try to limit exterior sounds and distractions so you can get the most out of the time you are using. Basic breathing and meditation centering exercises help relieve tension in your body, mind and spirit. These routines can be done as often as you like and should become part of a daily routine.
