The truth is, healthy eating and nutrition is the most important thing in acquiring the fitness level and defined look you want. You know the saying, "you are what you eat!" Well, its true. It doesn't matter how much you exercise, but as long as you are eating heavy carbs, soda, starchy and greasy foods, you will never get that six pack or eight for those of you who want to challenge yourselves! Aside from working out, your diet is on the top of the to do list in the case of getting your new defined look. However, you need to keep in mind that eating healthy does not have to be scary. It does not mean not eating at all! It doesn't mean you have to cut everything out of your diet, and it especially doesn't mean you can't eat meals that taste really good. Next thing is that we are all scared of the word dieting, for what reason? So many people I know associate it with starving themselves to get skinny, but on the contrary lets look at the word "dieting" as just consuming healthy foods that are good for our bodies and not being overly indulgent, we can still eat a lot of the same things in moderation. The goal is for you to be able to eat delicious healthy meals that are going to fuel your workouts and help strengthen your body's evolution to optimal fitness and well-being.
